January Social Media Conference for Small Businesses

Sun Jan 05 2020

Small businesses from across West Suffolk will be converging for an event that will deliver answers to how best to engage their customers through social media channels in 2020.

With social media increasingly being a noisy environment with multiple messages often all offering much the same, how can smaller businesses hit their target audiences and talk effectively with their customers and clients.

At this upcoming social media conference, delegates are promised ways to better target their customer and client base, the change in trends of design for artwork and imagery as well as ideas for content and the best ways to use the various platforms.

Staged by MENTA Business Support on Wednesday 15th January at Bury St Edmund cricket Pavilion, the three hour conference is hosted by media content producer Nick Pandolfi,  Nick says, “we were thrilled by the response we had to the 2019 event and were asked to bring it back this year, we have adapted the conference to the ever changing approaches to social media and it promises plenty of time saving ideas for time short business owners.

Social media is full of experts and we aim to prove that anyone with a few adaptions to their process of digital marketing can improve their reach and the usefulness of the media platforms.

I nearly always advise businesses to go back to the basics with their digital marketing and review who it is they want to reach and check their methods of doing so.

Learning not to post the same content across all platforms and editing the content to the best platform sounds time consuming to some but speeds the process up and reaches more of the people you want to talk with

There is free parking on site and the ticket price of £15pp includes breakout sessions and light refreshments.

The BSE Cricket pavilion is on Nowton road and opposite South Lee school.

The event starts at 9.30am and runs for three hours, Tickets can be purchased via this link
