David is an FCA - qualified (PwC) Finance Director with extensive experience in business strategy, financial reporting, resource management, Health and Safety, team building and corporate governance. He has expertise within SMEs across multiple sectors including construction, housing, retail, healthcare and not for profit. He has utilised this experience to help management teams become accountable for financial and other KPIs and reverse underperformance. David is a proven inspirer of people with the ability to gain cross-organisation buy-in.
Dayle is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of The Chartered Institute of Building and holds a BSc in Building Surveying, a MSc in Building Conservation and an MBA.
She established her own business, Dayle Bayliss Ltd in 2011 (formerly Dayle Bayliss Associates LLP) and, with her team of surveyors, project managers and designers has extensive experience of delivering and coordinating multi stakeholder projects.
Simon is a highly skilled and experienced consultant with entrepreneurial flair for supporting charities, social enterprises and creatively based SMEs to scale up.
He established Dot to Dot Training & Consulting in 2015 providing a high quality and impactful consultancy service for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector (VCSE Sector) Since 2015 he has worked with over 50 charities and social enterprises, providing business development expertise including business planning, strategy development and organisational reviews.
Simon has worked in the Public and VCSE sector at a high level for over 20 years. Including roles at the BBC support young creatives.
