Inclusion to the MENTA consultants register is determined by a committee of industry leaders from across the Norfolk and Suffolk business community. Richard cast and produced Eddie Redmayne in Like Minds, produced and sold Killing Time to Columbia TriStar, and more recently made and released Tim Roth-vehicle The Liability. Alongside creative DNA is his commercial acumen, fostered early in his career working in advertising with Procter and Gamble, then co-founding one of the first independent TV companies in the north of England.
Elizabeth Pearce is an experienced Operations Director with over 30 years’ experience of strategy, management systems and project management. A professionally trained Lead Assessor with a record of successful implementation and certification of both BRC Global Food Standard and ISO9000 in rapidly growing Companies.
Pauline is a results’ focussed and accomplished business consultant who works across a broad range of SME clients with turnover of up to £40m. She has well developed analytical and relationship skills and the ability to source solutions and help ambitious and entrepreneurial businesses strategically plan and grow.

Andrew has expertise in consumer products, engineering and technology as well as businesses that make a positive societal or environmental impact. Susanna has 31 years of sales, training, and business development experience in both the B2B and B2C markets within the publishing, events and media industries.

Dayle is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of The Chartered Institute of Building and holds a BSc in Building Surveying, a MSc in Building Conservation and an MBA.
She established her own business, Dayle Bayliss Ltd in 2011 (formerly Dayle Bayliss Associates LLP) and, with her team of surveyors, project managers and designers has extensive experience of delivering and coordinating multi stakeholder projects.
Simon is a highly skilled and experienced consultant with entrepreneurial flair for supporting charities, social enterprises and creatively based SMEs to scale up.
