Emma is a versatile, marketing and communications leader who helps drive business growth. With 20 years’ as a successful senior manager, she has both a strategic and hands-on approach. Clients include start-up and established businesses, the world-class University Imperial College, London and regional organisations, the New Anglia LEP, New Anglia Growth Hub and enterprise agency, MENTA.
Dayle is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of The Chartered Institute of Building and holds a BSc in Building Surveying, a MSc in Building Conservation and an MBA.
She established her own business, Dayle Bayliss Ltd in 2011 (formerly Dayle Bayliss Associates LLP) and, with her team of surveyors, project managers and designers has extensive experience of delivering and coordinating multi stakeholder projects.
Simon is a highly skilled consultant with specialist expertise in fundraising, communications and business development.He is experienced in working at a high level, utilising excellent interpersonal skills and is proven dynamic communicator with the ability to motivate excite and enthuse organisations.
He specialises in providing external expertise to the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. Services include fundraising, staff and trustee coaching, communications, digital marketing services, training courses, independent evaluations and strategic reviews identifying potential areas for business development. He has worked with over of 25 charities and social enterprises.
Elizabeth Pearce is an experienced Operations Director with over 30 years’ experience of strategy, management systems and project management. A professionally trained Lead Assessor with a record of successful implementation and certification of both BRC Global Food Standard and ISO9000 in rapidly growing Companies.
John is a highly adaptable former senior executive and director now turned self-employed consultant helping SMEs to implement a more disciplined and structured approach to strategic planning, operational management, change and leadership in order to make them more efficient and competitive.

Pauline is a results’ focussed and accomplished business consultant who works across a broad range of SME clients with turnover of up to £40m. She has well developed analytical and relationship skills and the ability to source solutions and help ambitious and entrepreneurial businesses strategically plan and grow.
David Eaton MBE
David is an FCA - qualified (PwC) Finance Director with extensive experience in business strategy, financial reporting, resource management, H&S, team building and corporate governance. Expertise gained within SMEs across multiple sectors including construction, housing, retail, healthcare and not for profit; and utilised to make management teams accountable for financial and other KPIs and reverse underperformance. Proven inspirer of people and cross-organisation buy-in.
He has been Director of the SME Strategies Network since 2015 delivering cost effective business solutions to SMEs.
Eric is an executive consultant specializing in (digital) business transformation. He has worked with commercial as well publicly owned organizations and NGOs.
Formerly VP and MD of European Channels for MTV Networks he has worked with Sky, Optus-Singtel, MBC, Telstra and other international media organisations to adopt and maximise revenues by adopting digital technology
He has lived in 9 countries across four continents and has worked with ventures in more than 30 markets across the UK, Europe, Africa, The Middle East and APAC.
