Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds based Jacobs Allen – to sponsor business networking events
The Suffolk based chartered accountants have signed a new sponsorship contract and agreed to be principal sponsors of all 2022 business networking for Bury St Edmunds based MENTA Business support.
The new deal allows MENTA to expand its existing networking events planned for the new year.
Speaking at the signing of the new sponsorship, Shelia Burke of Jacobs Allen chartered accountants said “We are thrilled to be involved for another year with MENTA business support and their excellent networking events. At Jacobs Allen we try very hard to support our local communities with a range of work, help and advice. By linking up with the team at MENTA, we can reach out to help their clients around issues of buying, selling, or running a business, understanding the business finances and tax planning advice. Event host, Nick Pandolfi said, Having the financial support of Jacobs Allen for these events allows us to expand our networking events in Haverhill, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds, and Norwich. Our plans pre- Covid were put on hold and the new backing of the team at Jacobs Allen allows us to take some risk by trialing new events at differing times of the day that sit alongside our popular and traditional morning networking sessions. We want to encourage business connectivity and trialing new styles of networking is what we have planned.
I’m particularly pleased to be working with the team once again as Jacobs Allen share our aims of being community focused and ensuring all business, whatever their size, have a platform to make new business connections without the need of membership or a sales pitch.
MENTA will be launching new events in Brandon and Norwich and running a series of evening post-work drinks receptions for those looking to network at a differing time of day.
