MENTA Patrons

MENTA are extremely appreciative for the financial support it receives from its Patrons. Their generous backing enables us to provide business seminars, networking events and the MENTA Trade Fair at low and no cost, to business owners, the self-employed, home based businesses and start-ups.

Becoming a patron

Many of our well-known local businesses started with an enterprising person and grew into well-established companies bearing their names, Greene & King are a prominent local example.

Established in 1984, MENTA has so far provided business start-up and growth masterclasses, courses and workshops to some 10,000 individuals, many of whom are now part of the ‘strong Suffolk horse’ providing the pulling power to the local economy and community.

MENTA provides this support through business masterclasses, networking events and a business advice service. Our business centres are host to over 50 growing businesses providing economical office and workshop spaces. We communicate regularly with some 9,500 business-minded individuals in Suffolk, many of whom attend our courses and events.

By becoming a Patron of MENTA you will be directly supporting enterprise in Suffolk making a significant difference to the lives of those creating businesses across the county.

We’ve worked with Menta for two years now, providing training and presentations. It’s clear from speaking to the businesses attending and benefiting from Menta’s events, how valuable they find the resources and information it provides. It was, therefore, an easy decision for MAD-HR to become a Patron and formalise our commitment to Menta and the businesses it supports.

We have worked closely with Menta for a number of years now and extending our support to become a Patron is a great step to further enhance our working partnership and demonstrate our support for local businesses. As one of the largest firms of chartered accountants within East Anglia we’re committed to supporting the economic success of the region and certainly see our ‘Patronage’ of Menta as a very sure way of ensuring this.

Box-it East became a Patron of Menta during March 2016. We wanted to raise our profile in the local area, whilst supporting local business and we’re already seeing results.  Box-it East have given presentations  at Menta events and been invited to networking events and had a trade stand at another very well attended event in a location ‘untouched’ by Box-it East. The support from Menta has been amazing.  They work with me to get the results I need to ensure Box-it East will be a very happy Patron for the long term future
