MENTA’s Longest Serving Staff Member Retires



One of the county’s best known business advisers leaves her post this week after many years of service to the wider business community.
Leanne Castle has been the face of business advice to hundreds of businesses, new and established with her work at MENTA Business Support.


From advising new business start-up’s to helping established business teams, Leanne has travelled Norfolk and Suffolk and built lasting business relationships across the region.

Her decision to take early retirement from her role as marketing and business development manager comes after 40 years of work that included managing the family print business based in Ipswich.

Leanne says “I'm enormously proud of what the entire team at MENTA have achieved over the years, playing my part in helping business owners and then watching their businesses grow and be successful has been deeply rewarding.

Leanne spearheaded MENTA’s networking events for businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk, produced the range of business training masterclasses for established businesses. and managed the hugely popular MENTA Business Show.


MENTA wishes Leanne and her family the very best and thanks her for her years of commitment.
