#WORK WELL SUFFOLK
Are YOU looking to get back to work and perhaps even seek some independence and choice? The Work Well Suffolk Programme has been set up with you in mind. We can support you with the completion of a viable Business Plan and also help with those difficult questions around Bookkeeping and Taxation.
And, best of all, it’s completely free of charge to people living in Suffolk.
This programme of support can help if you are:
are 18 or older
are unemployed / economically inactive, e.g. an unpaid carer, looking for work
have a long term health condition
have barriers to learning / employment
have poor mental health / autism / learning disabilities
#Watch. Meet Justin, who has received support from Sue at MENTA as part of the WWS programme. Justin is an holistic massage therapist and set up his company The Blind Touch in 2020. He offers a range of therapies, including full body massage and on site chair massages. He has attended a number of charitable events and external functions demonstrating his services and looks to cover the medical side of therapy as opposed to the beauty industry.
The MENTA support will consist of both one to one discussions over a period of weeks and will culminate in a workshop bringing together all of the aspects discussed during those sessions. We will also discuss a marketing strategy to suit your business.
#Watch. Meet Sarah, who has received support from Sue at MENTA as part of the WWS programme. Sarah is a passionate dog owner and was looking for an opportunity to share her passion with other people. She set up her business Walking with Smiles to support both busy and physically challenged dog owners give their pets the exercise they need.
If you are looking to improve your confidence, as well as making your Wellbeing a priority then the Work Well Suffolk Programme could be the best choice for you.
