MENTA Launches Business Skills Masterclasses for 2018

Small businesses and micro business owners often turn their thoughts to 2018 at this time of year and what they will do differently during the coming 12 months to make their enterprise more successful.

Staying up to date with new ideas and technology to help attract customers is often difficult. Finding information which is easy to understand about future changes being introduced by HMRC and what a company needs to do to meet their obligations can also prove problematical.

To support businesses MENTA, based in Bury St Edmunds has launched it’s 2018 programme of affordable, cost effective half day workshops, designed to help fill these knowledge gaps.

“If a business was established more than five years ago there wasn’t the necessity to market their products or services via social media.” Commented Leanne Castle of MENTA, “Changes to buying patterns and the way people gather information makes it extremely important for business owners to understand and use social media to improve brand awareness. Our trainer, Nick Pandolfi has a wealth of experience in this area and his social media masterclasses are highly regarded.”

“Our aim at MENTA as a one stop shop for small business owners is to provide the business advice, information and skills small they and their staff need to prosper. Our trainers are experts in their field and MENTA subsidises the masterclasses -  we charge less than £40 per person to attend, they’re extremely cost effective.”

MENTA’s masterclass programme covers subjects such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Email Marketing and Instagram. Future sessions will explain Cloud Accounting in plain English and Customer Service Skills training is planned for April.
