Customer Service Focus at Bury St Edmunds Business Event

Recent winners of a Traditional British Restaurant 2019 Award, The Bell Hotel in Clare has been transformed over the last 12 months by Daniel Esplen and Zainab Khan.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and a BA in Hotel Business Management, Daniel saw the potential in The Bell Hotel. Together, the couple have put their energy into employing and training local staff to ensure their clients receive excellent customer service.

MENTA’s business networking event, Coffee Means Business at Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club to be held on Thursday, 13th June will focus on what makes good customer service and Daniel will speak  on the subject of ‘Customer service, from good to great’.
