It does this by the ongoing research and development of very high quality nutritional supplements and toxin free personal care products,which it then markets through a network of Independent Distributors. These distributors choose to set up their own businesses and then market the products on behalf of Neways across the International Community. This in turn not only allows them to address the health concerns of people with whom they come into contact, but to achieve optimum health themselves as well as realising their own personal and financial goals, which otherwise would have been impossible.

The business model within which the products are sold is called Multilevel marketing (MLM), which enables distributors to achieve unlimited levels of income, dependent on the time and effort they put into their business. This system of marketing is legislated by the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI), the Direct Selling Association (DSA), and is approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
