This course is for Small business owners and their employees, who want to achieve as much as possible in the time they have available in order to achieve their business goals

During this workshop you will have the opportunity to consider a range of techniques to help you prioritise and manage your workload with a view to achieving your short and long-term business goals

  2. List your key priorities in relation to your business goals
  3. Identify the key barriers to effective time and self-management
  4. Consider the effectiveness of the range of time management techniques that you currently use
  5. List ways to overcome the barriers to effective time and self-management
  6. Describe at least 5 self / time management techniques
  7. Implement techniques to support you in becoming even more effective in your business
  8. Identify at least 3 actions that you will take to help you make your efforts count even more

Trainer


Jackie Clifford has worked in organisations in the public, private and third sector. She is a trainer, coach and facilitator with almost 20 years experience helping people learn.

Her style encourages workshop participants to focus on their personal learning objectives whilst taking part in exercises and activities to help them consider the issues from a range of perspectives. 

At the end of all her workshops, participants go away with a practical action plan to put their learning into practice ‘back at base camp’.
