We manage the Menta Business Centre in partnership with St Edmundsbury Borough Council.

Menta Business Centre has 28 units, and tenants share central services - reception, photocopying, mail/parcel services, meeting/interview rooms, kitchen and toilets.

All units are alarmed, have CAT 2 lighting and ample power/communication points via dado trunking.

Units are let on attractive terms and we use simple agreements.
