We were proud to be awarded the Customer First Standard in January 2008.  This prestigeous awards reinforced our belief that we are a customer focused organisation that is helping new enterprise on all levels
 
Why did we submit ourselves to the Customer First assessment?
To discover whether our existing procedures were robust enough, and to build on the positive aspects of our business further.

What were the benefits of assessment?
The Customer First Standard took our team through all our processes - from our induction procedure, to our complaints policy and customer feedback recording. It enabled us to ensure that all our systems were effective and understood by all who used them.

What difference has it made?
The Customer First Standard has reinforced our belief that we are a customer focused organisation that is helping new enterprise on all levels. It also helped us identify any areas that needed further development. We are now stronger as a team and ready for the new challenges that face all Enterprise Agencies in 2008.
