Directors Elaine and Nigel Bowen bring in excess of 65 years combined corporate Service Delivery and Telecommunications best practice to the company and share a passion to use their expertise to benefit their clients and to put their customers first. 

Menta’s Involvement

Whilst they are technology experts Elaine and Nigel knew that for their business to be a success, they would require business support, particularly for business finance and marketing, as neither of them had much experience in this field. This is where the local business advice, training and support of Menta have been fundamental. Networking and building strong relationships with local providers have been key to Vanguard’s early stages of substantial success.

As a new company we are proud to have already won the coveted Theo Paphitis #SBS (Small Business Sunday) Award in June 2015, secured a contract worth 25% of our projected first year turnover within one week of trading which allowed us to have substantial evidence to enter our first business awards, recently winning the Bury Free Press Best New Start-up Award.
