The Vision Centre, 5 Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds

We manage The Vision Centre in partnership with St Edmundsbury Borough Council.

We have 21 units to let, and tenants enjoy shared central services - reception, photocopying, mail/parcel services, meeting/interview rooms, kitchen and toilets.

There is also a well equipped lecture room which can be used for up to twenty people.

All units are alarmed, have CAT 2 lighting and ample power/communication points via dado trunking.

Units are let on attractive terms and we use simple agreements.
